Why Supply Scope Causes Problems
A photo can show a cabinet with displays, buttons, lighting, a game board, bill acceptor and printer. That does not mean every visible item is included in the quotation.
Included
List every component that will be delivered: cabinet body, doors, locks, control panel, display, glass, buttons, speakers, wiring, lighting, power supply, brackets, peripherals, packaging and documentation.
Not Included
State what the buyer must provide or purchase separately. Common exclusions include game software, game board, display, payment devices, printer, freight, customs charges and local installation.
Optional
List upgrade or configuration choices separately: alternative display, touch system, RGB lighting, custom glass, artwork, logo, harness, bill acceptor, printer, speakers, spare parts and repair service.
Match the BOM to the Drawing
The approved drawing should identify openings, brackets, access doors, display positions, controls and peripherals. The bill of materials should match the drawing and quotation.
Final Confirmation
Before production, confirm quantity, supply type, exact models, artwork, voltage, interfaces, packaging, lead time and warranty. A clear supply scope is more important than a short quotation.
